I love the Carpenters! However, I prefer earlier concert and footage than this performance…Seems that they didn’t get cooking until about 3/4 of the way into it….Just saying.

Wow, I remember listening to this in 1973. I had a cassette recording but lost it many years ago. The fan club sent us members an iron-on of the Carpenters logo along with a letter from NBC advertising this radio show. I still have both the letter and iron-on (even though it has deteriorated over the years)!❤
